If you’ve got the time, have a safety valve for the bottle to avoid any accident. This is so that the pressure can escape while the beverage is carbonating. But after that, you can just exchange the empty tank for another full tank (though you still have to pay a fee for the actual co2 inside it). More warm water can also be added if the dry ice isn’t sublimating quickly enough.
