Diy Almond Milk Creamer. You can technically use unsweetened shredded coconut or raw coconut in my almond milk creamer recipe, but i prefer this light coconut creamer recipe. Because making almond creamer uses less water than almond milk, the resulting mixture is much thicker.

It’s perfect for pouring over cereal, using it in smoothies, or even adding to your coffee! It uses coconut milk, water, cocoa powder, almond extract, and medjool dates, which add to the flavor. I used to stir coconut cream in my coffee but the downside is that it tastes too much like coconut and the cream becomes very hard if stored in the fridge.

You can make any flavor creamer like almond, vanilla, or hazelnut!

This recipe makes 2 quarts of almond milk. 1 3/4 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, whole, fat free, etc.) 14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened) I used cheesecloth to strain it the first time but i found a muslin bag that works a lot better in straining the little bits out. Ingredients 1 cup of raw almonds (none of this dry roasted or salted business!) 8 cups of water, additional 4 cups / 2 cups of fresh water.
